NatWest Rate Reductions

NatWest are to reduce selected 5 year Fix rates from Thursday (21/03).

Rate reductions will apply to new business customers on both purchase and remortgage products.

These decreases are up to 0.07% for purchase and 0.24% for remortgage. Changes to the 'green' product range (EPC A or B) are up to 0.07% for purchase and 0.13% for remortgage.

Surrey- Woking, Guildford, Camberley, Epsom, Esher, Dorking, Reigate

Hampshire- Basingstoke, Aldershot, Farnborough, Fleet, Alton

Berkshire- Reading, Wokingham, Windsor, Maidenhead, Sandhurst, Crowthorne

As a mortgage is secured against property, it could be repossessed if you do not maintain the mortgage payments.
