HSBC Launch Energy Efficient Product Range

HSBC have today launched their 'Energy Efficient Homes' range, offering cashback incentives to qualifying new borrowers.

Borrowers will receive up to £1,000 cashback on completion of their purchase or remortgage, provided the property has an EPC rating of either A or B. Interest rates on mortgage products will be the same as non-qualifying properties.

The move follows the likes of Halifax and NatWest, who both already have a 'green' proposition for mortgage borrowers.

Berkshire- Reading, Wokingham, Windsor, Maidenhead, Sandhurst, Crowthorne

As a mortgage is secured against property, it could be repossessed if you do not maintain the mortgage payments.
